ok - that is just flat out brilliant. It forces people to use the site (since they have to upload the pictures), it has a very low cost give-away (internal overhead/account), it supports the brand (with the tongue in cheek tone), and it buys time for Flickr to fix the glitch since it takes a while to print and color and photograph the dots. Brilliant.
