So, is the new website going to be black and white too?

Wireframes are used because they let us design and develop concurrently while focusing the reader on content. We sometimes depend on wireframes to generate feedback from clients or capture valuable data from user testing. The problem is, real people don’t understand wireframes. We as an interactive firm understand wireframes. How we use them, why we use them, and how to infer site details from them. The people (clients, testers) who are outside our realm may not have that base of reference. How can we make sure we capture what we intend when presenting a wireframe comp?
“Just because project teams understand the purpose of wireframes, that doesn’t mean everyone will. Similar to listening to someone sing out loud to his iPod: we only hear the singing, while the person hears the whole orchestra.”
