We’ve all had to deal with angry clients from time to time. It’s just a part of doing business and dealing with people (fallible as they are) in general. No matter the reason (and admit it, it’s sometimes your fault even though the customer isn’t really always right), ParticleTree offers some advice on turning angry customers into happy customers.
- Admit the mistake.
- Communicate quickly.
- Work your butt off.
