This video has been passed around and ended up on MarketingProfs as an example of a brilliant use of video. Much like the RSS explanation that Marty sent around early this week…low tech, easy way to introduce a complex problem. To me it also makes an emotional connection with the customer - it feels very conversational and friendly.
So far its been viewed 91,000 times on YouTube.
