We've all been there, right guys? A woman breaks up with you because, "you don't listen to me." Well, the same goes for advertising in this consumer-driven world. Better start listening up, otherwise your customer just might break up with you:

Love it. A creative and effective way to get across the message that it doesn’t matter what you’re selling, only what your customer is buying.
The new world of social media seems to be leveling the playing field for the individual consumer. They now have a stronger voice than ever before. Companies need to listen to what they’re saying and engage in a the conversation or customers will walk away like she did.
The sales pitch is dead. Long live the conversation.

Or, it doesn’t matter what you’re saying, only what your customers are saying. And that you better be listening and engaging in an honest and open conversation with them. Not just spouting more marketing-speak back at them.
